Bruschedda (8oz)

We love the taste of fresh from the garden, sundried tomatoes, homegrown basil, and a touch of garlic. What could be tastier than the complete flavor of Bruschedda sliced on top of a freshly toasted baguette? We love it melted on an open-faced sandwich, cubed in salads, or mixed with eggs for breakfast.

Farm Fromage Paradise (8oz)

Farm Fromage Paradise is an aged full bodied Cheddar with a complex flavor. Smooth and buttery at first a classic Cheddar bite on the finish, all with a tangy aroma that comes from the creamy milk of the 100% grass fed Jersey cows. It is certified organic. Great melted or accompanied by figs and green grapes on your next cheese plate.

Farm Fromage Angela's Pillow

Young Angela’s Pillow has a milky and sweet taste. As the cheese matures it forms a smooth, runny interior and a white bloomy rind that is typical of double cream Camembert cheese. It has a rich, buttery flavor. The rind is bloomy white caused by a white fungus, called penicillium candidum. The rind is meant to be eaten with the cheese. This cheese is best paired with a light red wine such as Beaujolais, Chenin Blanc, St Emilion, St Estephe or traditionally a glass of Normandy cider. Approximately 6 oz per wheel.
