Misty Lovely (8oz)

Misty Lovely is a PA Dutch interpretation of a greek feta made with raw goat's milk. It is wonderful on a beet salad and equally good on an antipasto platter. Pair with good olives or heirloom cherry tomatoes. Crumble on strawberry or watermelon salad. Think goat milk Ricotta Salata. Serve with Sauvignon Blanc. Made in Leola, PA.

Monterery Hot Jack (8 oz)

A pleasant goat cheese with habanero pepper folded in. While you can see the “heat” the taste is not super-hot and you can still taste the high-quality milk. Pair with your favorite craft beer and some local pretzels or chips. Wonderful on tacos and other dishes calling for a little kick.

Royer Mountain (8oz)

This fine cheese is made at Clover Creek Cheese Cellars. When the Rice family contemplated the proper name for an Alpine style cheese, mountains and travel first came to their thoughts. To get anywhere from their farm they cross at least one mountain. One they traverse often is Royer Mountain, the name for this cellar-aged cheese. The mountains are nothing like the Alps, neither is the cheese like any other. Closely watching the temperature and turning the cheese weekly brings a flavor that is full of zest and mountain breezes blowing through the fresh green pastures. The aging process gives this cheese an Italian twist with a Romano flavor, so perhaps it is the Italian Alps? We love the sharp and yet smooth texture of this cheese. Put it on a cheese and chartcuterie board or use where ever Italian grating cheese is called for.

Smoked Galen's Good Old (8oz)

Smoked Galen’s Good Old (gouda style) is marinate for several days in distilled smoke. The smoky flavor brings back memories of cool mornings and a warm wood stove brightening the day. Smoked Galen’s is a natural for a grilled cheese with applewood bacon and thinly sliced apples.

Smoked Goat Cheddar (8oz)

Similar to aged Goat Milk Cheddar, Smoked Goat Milk Cheddar is made to the same recipe but has a smoky flavor that pairs perfect with salty chips, zesty salsas and hoppy beers.

Tomme de Conestoga (8oz)

Tomme de Conestoga makes a great gateway cheese for people who aren’t all-in for a super-funky goat cheese. It has the taste of an Italian table cheese, something sharper like hard provolone or Parmesan. The taste of goat cheese kicks in on the back end, as the last thing you taste, giving you a hint of what may be in store were you to branch out. The sharpness of the cheese is what stays with you, and that predominant flavor is what sticks out about this cheese.
