Farm Fromage Beer Washed Tomme (8oz)

Farm Fromage Beer Washed Tomme is fashioned in the Trappist monk tradition. It is a pungent, stinky cheese washed in Lancaster Brewing Co. Milk Stout beer. Local milk + local beer = local PA goodness. Put it on a burger or good black bread with red onion and live a little! Make your taste buds smile. Notice! Contains Gluten

Farm Fromage Delicious (8oz)

Delicious is a delightful Italian style table cheese fashioned from a mix of raw cow and sheep milk. It is one of our top five crowd pleasers. Serve it on a cheese platter with smoked tomato preserves and good charcuterie. Made in Leola, PA.

Tomme de Conestoga (8oz)

Tomme de Conestoga makes a great gateway cheese for people who aren’t all-in for a super-funky goat cheese. It has the taste of an Italian table cheese, something sharper like hard provolone or Parmesan. The taste of goat cheese kicks in on the back end, as the last thing you taste, giving you a hint of what may be in store were you to branch out. The sharpness of the cheese is what stays with you, and that predominant flavor is what sticks out about this cheese.

Wine-n-Goat (8oz)

If I were a cheese this would be the one. Our classic goat milk cheddar bathed in Port Wine. Grab a chunk and a glass of wine and melt into relaxation. (Notice; No goats drank wine!)
